Dr. Coleman received his doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the
University of Denver where he specialized in health psychology and
behavioral medicine. He also holds a master’s degree in counseling
from Denver Seminary, specializing in couples and family.
Dr. Coleman has broad clinical experience including community mental
health centers, college counseling centers, primary care, elder
care, and forensic settings. He has expertise in psychological
assessment, forensic evaluations, and individual, couples, and group
psychotherapy.
Dr. Coleman approaches therapy from a wellness and whole-person
perspective, and has advanced training in PTSD, chronic mood and
anxiety disorders, substance abuse, and health and wellness. He also
has significant experience in persistent and serious mental illness,
bipolar disorder, personality disorders, adult ADHD, and somatoform
disorders.
Dr. Zierk received his doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the
University of Denver, and his master’s degree in Counseling
Psychology from the University of Colorado.
Dr. Zierk specializes in focused, time-limited therapy with
individuals, couples and families experiencing relationship-based
difficulties. He addresses issues like communication, conflict
resolution, intimacy, problem solving, anger management, mood
management, and chronic pain recovery.
Dr. Zierk has over 20 years experience working with individuals who
suffered catastrophic injuries with permanent and life-altering
consequences and chronic pain. He is an expert in vocational
rehabilitation, and has provided expert testimony in countless
personal injury and workers compensation cases. He has also worked
in multiple hospital settings and primary care practices as part of
an integrated medical and psychiatric treatment team.
